• For new and discontinued customers, a $25 deposit is required at the time of making the first LASH SERVICES or FACIAL appointment. A $50 deposit is required at the time of making the MICROBLADING appointments.

• Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment.

• DEPOSIT or HALF PRICE of SERVICE fee will be charged for appointments that are not canceled within 24 HOURS or for NO SHOW appointments.

• You may cancel the appointment by calling or sending a text message to local studios.

• There will be NO exchange or refunds, all services/ products are final.

After booking, Lash Touch Studio. will contact via phone call for the appointment confirmation & you are required to provide a credit card and authorization in order to deposit your booking.

You are required to notify us cancellation of appointment by phone or text 1 day prior to the appointment.  Failure to do so, you will be charged the DEPOSIT or HALF SERVICE PRICE that was scheduled.
